Abstract

|
From the roots of Codonopsis ussuriensis(Rupr. et Maxim) Hemsley(Companulaceae), taraxerol (mp. 280-282°), syringin (mp, 192°) and a new phenylpropanoid, ussurienoside Ⅰ(syringin-3′-methyl glutarate, mp. 102-104°) were isolated.
